COOKING COURSES BASIC CERTIFICATE IN FOOD PREPARATION & FOOD SERVICE.
This is a 13 week certificate course aimed at students who wish to pursue a career in the Hospitality Industry. Classes are kept to a maximum of ten students and are held each morning from 8h30 – 12h00. Subjects covered include knife skills, cooking methods, kitchen organisation, meats, fish, eggs, pasta making, bread making, sauces, pastry & baking. Cake icing is an optional extra. Bookings essential.
